Today (13th March) we spent travelling too and from a little village in Lincolnshire near Sleaford, and carrying out a measured survey of a four bed detached property. This is being purchased by our client who will transform it to a care home for children with special educational and care needs.
We will provide existing and proposed floor plans, site and location plans and a proposed parking layout, and a planning consultant will submit the Change of Use planning application.
